Security Guard Loss Prevention
Sapp Bros. is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Security Guard to help keep our guests, team members, and property safe. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and handling situations calmly and professionally, we’d love to have you on our team!
What You’ll Do
Patrol the store and parking lots to deter theft and promote a safe environment.
Provide friendly customer service and assist drivers with parking and directions.
Help de-escalate customer disputes and address suspicious activity.
Monitor parking areas and report safety concerns or policy violations.
Assist management with security footage, incidents, cash drawer transfers, and other security-related duties.
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old.
2–3 years of security experience preferred.
Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
