Title: Security Compliance Analyst II
We are looking for a highly experienced Security Compliance Analyst II with deep expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, physical security operations, and secure operational processes. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the security and integrity of large-scale data center environments, helping define operational security requirements, strengthen physical security programs, and improve processes across complex infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support the development, implementation, and optimization of secure operational processes for mission-critical infrastructure environments.
Define and communicate clear operational and physical security requirements to technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to physical security design strategies and risk management initiatives.
Support security operations related to guard force management, alarm acknowledgement and response, incident management, and secure facility operations.
Help standardize and improve security procedures, processes, and operational controls.
Partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to execute critical security initiatives.
Support incident response, business continuity, operational continuity, and disaster recovery activities from a security perspective.
Monitor and assess emerging operational, regulatory, and security risks that may impact the organization.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders to promote effective security execution.
Provide guidance on security requirements, compliance considerations, and operational risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure operations management or closely related operational security environments.
Strong knowledge of physical security and risk management, specifically physical security design.
Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and administering secure operational processes.
Experience identifying and communicating operational security requirements to execution-focused teams.
Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of physical security operations within complex or large-scale infrastructure environments.
Experience building effective relationships with business leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional partners.
General understanding of incident response and incident management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical infrastructure environments.
Experience with guard force contracting, management, or operational oversight.
Experience with alarm acknowledgement, escalation, and response processes.
Knowledge of business continuity, operational continuity, and disaster recovery.
Experience with process and procedure standardization and optimization.
Experience supporting large-scale or geographically distributed security operations.
