Set schedule / 4 days a week

Monday and Tueday (2:30pm-10:30pm)

Thursday and Saturday (6:30am-2:30pm)

Job Description

• Monitoring the property from our CCTV system and walking on foot-Total security of the building, its residents and common areas. Locking and unlocking entry points into the property.
• Trespassers to be confronted and asked to leave the property.
• Keep a written record of the activity going on within the building, duties performed, who is in and out off the property etc.
• Greeting residents and guest with a professional and upbeat manor.
• Assisting residents and guests with luggage, groceries, delivering packages, or any deliveries.
• In charge of calling residents for approval of guest/vendors/contractors.
• Assisting residents inside the building, holding elevators and doors for them.
• Escorting contractors to residents units.
• Dealing with contractors, housekeepers, realtors etc. Must sign in all contractors and workers that are authorized to enter into building.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Using a two-way radio for communication with other employees in the building.
• Answering phone calls.
• Must be alert for any alarms going off.
