What You'll Do
As a Security Concierge, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for residents, visitors, and teammates by:
- Greeting and directing residents, visitors, vendors, and guests
- Operating the front desk switchboard and answering incoming calls professionally
- Monitoring security cameras and building activity
- Managing emergency response call systems
- Performing scheduled building walkthroughs and security checks
- Securing exterior doors and monitoring for safety concerns
- Reporting maintenance or building issues including electrical, plumbing, heating, or security concerns
- Maintaining front desk logs and documentation
- Assisting with clerical tasks including mail distribution and employment applications
- Supporting residents and visitors with professionalism and compassion
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of clerical, customer service, telephone, or reception experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, fire safety, or related fields preferred
