Job Summary:
Security Contracts Analyst responsibilities include managing security contract processes, collaborating with internal teams to align contractual language with security principles, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks through detailed analysis of terms and implications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with legal teams to enhance security-related contractual language.
2. Analyze proposed contractual terms and assess implications on security posture.
3. Recommend strategies to mitigate potential security risks.
4. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
5. Adapt strategies in response to evolving challenges and opportunities.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Experience in reviewing contract terms and understanding security concepts.
2. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS agreements and issue spotting.
3. Proven ability to create contract summaries.
4. Industry/Education Experience: 5+ years in Information Security and 4+ years in relevant legal experience within technology contracts.
