As a Security Control Center Operator you will demonstrate a keen sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity Commitment Innovation and Customer Trust.\xa0 Responsibilities include completing an assessment of security risks handling access control documenting incidents at the facility maintaining and upgrading security equipment when applicable and directing other security personnel to respond to security related issues when observed in the control center.\xa0This position requires the management assisting and direction during shift operations using TSMC security personnel and contracted security personnel. This position requires the candidate to be physically active for the duration of their shift sitting walking stooping climbing stairs and inside outside environments. TSMC Security Inudstry Specialists are responsible for providing security for the entire 1200 acre campus and are tasked with a broad scope of responsibilities.
