Shift: Monday-Friday, standard 1st shift hours Duration: 04-05 Months Pay range: $76.92/hr - $123.07/hr. Hybrid preferred- but 100% remote is accepted for right fit candidate. Must work CST hours. Job Description Deep hands-on expertise with Google Cloud IAM including Workforce Identity Federation and Workload Identity Federation Advanced experience with Microsoft Entra ID including federation, Conditional Access, B2B collaboration, and enterprise SSO Strong experience designing and implementing cross-cloud identity architectures in large enterprise environments Expertise with federated authentication protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and token-based authentication flows Experience implementing secure workforce and workload identity strategies across cloud platforms Strong understanding of identity trust models, claims-based authorization, token lifecycles, and least-privilege access design Experience securing enterprise analytics platforms including BigQuery, Power BI, and/or Looker Experience implementing fine-grained access controls including row-level and column-level security models Ability to translate enterprise security strategy into scalable operational IAM controls Strong collaboration experience working across security, cloud engineering, and data platform teams Preferred Skills Experience integrating BigQuery with Microsoft Power BI using federated identity models Experience securing Looker with enterprise identity providers Experience governing external vendor access and cross-tenant collaboration models Experience with Google Workspace identity and lifecycle management Employee Benefits: At LanceSoft, full time regular employees who work a minimum of 30 hours a week or more are entitled to the following benefits: Four options of medical Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance 401k Contributions Critical Illness Insurance Voluntary Permanent Life Insurance Accident Insurance Other Employee Perks About LanceSoft LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
