Shift: Monday-Friday, Standard 1st shift hours
Location: 100% Remote / Hybrid (preferred, On site 2 days a week)
Contract Length: 10-12 months (potential extension)
Pay range: $57.69 - $69.23/hr.

Job Description.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in network security support or endpoint connectivity support (L2 level)
  • Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting VPN and secure access clients, including:
    • Cisco AnyConnect
    • Zscaler (ZIA and/or ZCC)
  • Strong experience troubleshooting end-user connectivity issues across:
    • Windows and macOS environments
    • VPN connectivity, authentication, and proxy-related issues
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across the endpoint →network security stack (client configuration, connectivity, policy impact)
  • Experience working in a ticket-based support environment, including prioritization and user communication
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues with minimal escalation
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting or administering Zscaler policies or configurations
  • Exposure to firewall platforms (e.G., Check Point) for basic troubleshooting and escalation support
  • Familiarity with load balancing or proxy infrastructure (e.G., F5 BIG-IP)
  • General understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals as it relates to connectivity troubleshooting
Role Expectations (Clarified)
  • Provide L2 support for VPN, proxy, and zero trust access issues, primarily impacting end users
  • Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting client connectivity across Windows and Mac devices
  • Support incident resolution during business hours with potential escalation to engineering teams for complex issues
  • Contribute to maintaining service reliability for remote access and secure connectivity platforms
