The successful candidate will be a highly technical individual with primarily responsible for implementing monitoring and managing security devices equipment controls and technology. Additional responsibilities include monitoring analyzing and resolving issues in a proactive way. As this is an opportunity to build the security program from the ground up the ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast changing and fluid environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage various security systems and appliances including firewalls IDSIPS MFA SSO logging and other devicesExperience with Active Directory and operating system securityPrivilege Access Management Web Content Filtering Email Security and Endpoint Detection and Response managementDesign and architect security systems and solutionsAnalyze and respond to threats and other necessary investigationsDevelop and support monitoring data visualizations data reporting and analyticsCollaborate in creating business monitoring requirementsProtect Rocket customer and intellectual property dataRequired Qualifications 5&plus years of experience with security technology management and operations including system deployment maintenance and troubleshooting in a global enterprise environmentExperience with managing and operating anti-virus software intrusion detectionprotection firewalls email security load balancers and content filteringExperience planning researching and developing security policies standards and proceduresExperience working with secure networks systems and application architecturesKnowledge of building highly available systems with redundancy and DRBCP in mindKnowledge of incident response and threat intelligence programsGeneral routing and switching network understandingExperience with logging and multifactor authenticationExperience providing user guidance documentation and consultationExcellent troubleshooting skills self-motivated results-driven and well organized.Demonstrate proven track record in addressing technical issuesExperience with explosive growth and variable requirementsExperience with change and incident management processes
