Requirements
- 8 or more years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience within highly regulated financial services environments [1].
- Proficiency in AWS cloud security architecture including IAM, networking, encryption, logging, and multi-account governance models.
- Experience with designing Snowflake data platform security frameworks including RBAC, masking policies, and row-level access controls [1].
- Experience in establishing technical security guardrails to protect against Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI vulnerabilities.
- Experience with hardening on-premises data centers, Microsoft directories, and traditional network segmentation architectures.
- Experience in executing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipeline security, and infrastructure-as-code vulnerability scanning [1].
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate technical audits and provide strategic guidance to cross-functional engineering teams [1].
Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly secure, greenfield AWS cloud structures, organizations, and workload controls.
- Establish robust security guardrails, data protection limits, and logging for internally developed generative AI engines.
- Formulate secure Snowflake access controls, multi-factor authentication integrations, and role hierarchies.
- Maintain and harden existing on-premises server infrastructure, firewalls, and active directories.
- Embed continuous security checkpoints and secrets scanning into CI/CD build environments.
- Coordinate directly with security auditors and regulatory examiners to deliver compliance evidence and technical remediations.
- Direct and mentor a dedicated team of security engineers while operating as a highly hands-on technical practitioner.
