Job Title: Flex Security Officer (Unarmed) - Full Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Waco, TX
Pay Rate: $15.43 per hour
Schedule: Flex Officer | Must have open to covering vacations and call offs

We are hiring a Flex Security Officer in Waco, TX.
This position focuses on access control, observing and reporting, and conducting patrols to help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have open availability
- Weekend availability required
- Texas Security Guard License preferred (or must be willing to obtain)
- Previous security experience preferred
- Strong observation, reporting, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor access control points, verifying authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and deliveries
- Conduct foot or mobile patrols of the facility and surrounding property
- Monitor activity and report suspicious behavior or safety hazards
- Write incident reports and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
- Enforce site policies, procedures, and post orders
- Log inbound and outbound traffic as required
- Respond to incidents and provide assistance when needed
