    EMR is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to support our ISL site. This role combines control room monitoring and active field patrols, offering a dynamic work environment applying your security knowledge and acumen.

    What You'll Do:

    Monitor alarms and respond to calls from security and fire monitoring systemsConduct vehicle and foot patrols at EMR headquarters and multiple sitesPerform routine and random checks to ensure site safety, security, and fire preventionMonitor CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity or hazardsRespond to incidents, assess situations, and escalate appropriatelyCoordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when neededMaintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activitySupport overall site safety and security operations

    What We Are Looking For:

    High school diploma or GED.

    2-5+ years of security experience (industrial, logistics, or yard environments a plus)

    Valid driver's license required.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong situational awareness and decision-making skillsClear communication and report-writing abilityComfortable using surveillance systems and basic technology

    Work Environment and Expectations:

    Combination of indoor control room monitoring and outdoor patrolsRegular patrols in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)Flexible rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekendsRequired use of PPE and adherence to safety protocolsMay include light physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, and lifting small items
