As a Security Guard Driver Alarm Panel Patrol in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic educational location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, helping to deter unauthorized access and documenting incidents in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and coordinate with campus contacts and emergency responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
