We are seeking a professional, reliable, and observant Security Guard to support the safety and guest experience at our McDonald's restaurants in Newark and Elizabeth, NJ. This role is key to maintaining a secure environment for both our team and our customers.

Pay Rate:

Starting at $19/hr

Schedule:

Part-Time Only

• Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overnight Shifts: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week
• Must be able to travel between Newark and Elizabeth locations

Requirements:

️ Valid SORA license (required)

️ Must be able to identify and de-escalate conflicts professionally

️ Strong people skills and communication

️ High situational awareness and alertness

️ Dependable transportation to work at multiple store locations

Responsibilities:

• Monitor restaurant areas and entrances during peak and late hours
• Provide a visible and calming presence for guests and employees
• Observe and respond to disruptive behavior
• Work alongside management to ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Document and report any incidents clearly and accurately
