As a Security Guard Full Time EMT Driver in Tarrytown, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal policy. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, reliability, and care.

Pay Rate: $29.50 - $30.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a pharmaceutical and healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document entries, incidents, and observations in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and assisting with security-related questions, directions, and requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Possess a current EMT Certification.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
