As a Security Guard Full Time Lobby Access Coordinator in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge activity, monitor entry points, and provide outstanding customer service. You will serve as a visible, professional presence, communicate clearly with tenants and guests, and help support a secure environment. Pay Rate: $18.38 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and vendor logs.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general location information, and communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
