As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Deterrence in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and associates. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and security-related support while working with an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help support loss prevention efforts and adherence to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
