SECURITY GUARD JOB SUMMARY
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for guests, staff, and visitors. This position plays a key role in incident prevention, crowd control, and enforcing park policies. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, approachable, and capable of handling fast-paced situations common in an indoor adventure park environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor all guest areas, entrances, exits, and high-activity zones. • Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe behavior and ensure compliance with park rules. • Support staff with guest issues, conflicts, or escalations. • Assist in emergency response procedures, including evacuations, first-aid situations, and incident containment.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality security experience preferred. Strong observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicts appropriately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods in a busy entertainment environment. Must be reliable and punctual, especially during weekends and holidays. Ability to work required schedule:
Friday: 4PM - 9PM Saturday: 2PM - 9PM Sunday: 2PM - 9PM with additional holiday availability.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing and walking for long stretches Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
