The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent conflict management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role is vital in preventing loss, managing emergencies, and upholding safety protocols across our facility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if certified.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance by staff and visitors.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
- Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behaviors and intervening when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Manage conflict situations professionally to de-escalate potential threats or disputes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or stressful situations.
