A well-established manufacturing company in Miami is seeking a Security Officer to join its team. This role is ideal for a dependable, observant, and customer-focused professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.

Schedule
Rotating Shift Required
- Three weeks: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- One week: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Candidates must be flexible and able to work the rotating schedule as outlined above.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols and security rounds throughout the facility.
- Control access to the property and manage the visitor admittance process.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and facility access points.
- Identify and report security concerns, suspicious activity, or irregular situations.
- Monitor arrivals and departures of vendor, contractor, and company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate security logs and daily activity reports.
- Observe and report issues involving cameras, alarms, smoke detectors, and other security equipment.
- Communicate concerns and incidents to management promptly.
- Perform additional security-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License required
- 1–3 years of security experience preferred
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
