Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor access points, screen people and/or items, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role combines hands-on screening responsibilities with customer service and communication, supporting daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or vehicles entering or exiting the location in accordance with post orders and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entry points, docks, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
