Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic technology-focused location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first and values innovative thinking.

Pay Rate: $26.73 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry, clear direction, and professional interactions with employees, guests, and vendors.
• Report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and assist with de-escalation and initial response efforts when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
