Security Guard – Part time - Salinas/Prunedale

• Location: Prunedale (by 101 and San Miguel Canyon Road)
• We are looking for reliable and experienced security personnel to join our growing company. This position involves providing security patrol services.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Sunday (Multiple Shifts)
• Shift: Between 10 pm to 9 am

Requirements:

• Send resume and 1 reference
• Previous security or patrol experience preferred, 1-2 years
• Must have a valid California Guard Card
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Reliable transportation
• Must have clean driving record
• Consistent attendance record
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during the entire shift
• Must be able to walk and patrol the property regularly
• Must pass a background check and driving record check

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the building and surrounding property
• Monitor parking lots, walkways, entrances, and common areas
• Maintain a visible security presence to help deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other unwanted activity
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Address unauthorized individuals and rule violations professionally
• Assist tenants, customers, and property management when needed
• Document incidents and complete daily activity reports
