Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering variety throughout your shift while supporting a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and merchandise zones to help to deter unauthorized activity, disorderly conduct, and/or other security-related concerns.
• Support loss prevention and retail operations by documenting incidents, assisting with crowd management, and communicating clearly with customers, employees, and first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
