What You Will Do
- Patrolling the premises to deter and detect suspicious activity
- Monitoring CCTV systems and other security technology
- Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting residents, visitors, and staff as needed to ensure safety
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate security logs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with security systems, procedures, and basic computer skills
