General Description: · Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility · Learn all the jobs of your immediate staff. · Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff · Complete daily and weekly reports as needed · Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary. · Resolve employee’s conflicts and issues promptly and objectively. · Direct communication with company and outside services · Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor · Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic · Work with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations · Maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks · Attend meetings as scheduled · Reports to Safety Manager · Other duties as assigned as well as cover all shifts as needed |
