Salary: $21,325 - $64,222 (based upon UAW contract salary guide) Benefits: Full-time staff are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental. Sick and personal days are included

Application Deadline: September 25, 2026 Position Summary Reports to the Director of Security or designee; patrols and monitors assigned areas to maintain safety and

security;

identifies,

investigates,

and

reports

suspicious

persons,

vehicles,

activities,

and

policy

violations;

assists

staff

and

administrators

during

emergencies

and

crisis

situations;

screens

visitors

professionally;

de-escalates

student

conflicts

using

approved

strategies;

supervises

student

movement

and

classroom

behavior

as

directed;

collaborates

with

administrators

and

law

enforcement

regarding

serious

incidents;

assists

with

fire

drills

and

evacuations;

maintains

security

logs,

reports,

and

video

surveillance

records;

attends

required

training;

follows

Security

Department

directives

and

procedures;

maintains

professional

boundaries

with

students;

models

non-discriminatory

practices;

works

collaboratively

with

staff;

operates

district

vehicles

safely,

including

transporting

students

or

High

school

diploma

or

equivalent.

Possession

of

valid

N.J.

driver's

license.

Law

enforcement

or

security

employment

experience.

Familiarity

with

district

security

policies

and

procedures

helpful

Demonstrated

record

of

reliability.

Strong

communication

skills.

Computer

literacy.
