Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and professional Security Guards to join our team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe atmosphere for guests and staff while providing excellent customer service at the door and throughout the venue.
Security Guards will monitor crowd size, manage guest entry, oversee waitlists and line control, verify IDs, and respond quickly to incidents or disturbances. Candidates must remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and work efficiently during busy nightclub hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor crowd capacity and maintain safe occupancy levels
- Manage guest lines and waiting lists in an organized and professional manner
- Check IDs and control entry into the venue
- Patrol the venue to ensure guest and staff safety
- De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances professionally
- Coordinate with management and staff during high-volume events
- Respond quickly to emergencies or suspicious activity
- Complete incident reports when necessary
Requirements
- Valid Guard Card required
- Previous nightclub, bar, or event security experience preferred
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work late hours
