Job descriptionAllied Risk Management is Now Hiring for Security Guards in and around NYC. REQUIRED:NYS Security Guard LicenseSWAC CertificationS-60 Fire Guard LicenseOSHA 10 or 30 Certification (for construction)Valid Drivers License or ID CardDuties include, but are not limited to the following:Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.Call the police or fire department in case of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.Deter/prevent theftSecure designated areasPatrol areas for suspicious activityReport daily activitiesRespond to alarmsWalking around and standing may be required during vertical and perimeter patrol.Good communication skillsTools required:A working phone with the capabilities of downloading apps that are needed for our time and attendance platform. About Allied Risk Management:Allied Risk Management was one of the first security companies to integrate systems, hardware, cutting-edge technology, and personnel to create a single-source security solution to optimize our client's needs in a cost-effective manner.We are a locally owned and operated, women-owned security and technology company serving NYC and surrounding areas for 20 years.
