Security Investigations Manager

• Lead, conduct, and oversee investigations into internal and external incidents, including theft, fraud, guest disputes, and regulatory violations.
• Develop investigative strategies, collect evidence, and prepare detailed case reports.
• Interview witnesses, employees, and subjects in a professional and legally compliant manner. 
• Maintain confidential case files and ensure proper documentation for legal and regulatory use.
• Review surveillance footage and coordinate investigative efforts across departments.
• Collaborate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies when necessary. 
• Recommend and implement preventive measures to reduce loss and fraud. 
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Legal, and Casino Operations. 
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum five years of security/law enforcement and management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations.
• Expertise in investigative techniques, interviewing, and evidence handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
