Security Manager - One North Breakers Row

Job Summary:

The Security Manager for One North Breakers Row is responsible for overseeing and providing training for all Security Officers across three shifts. They will be tasked with maintaining proper responses to emergencies, ensuring physical security within the residential facility, enforcing security regulations, and managing security systems. The Security Manager will need to produce detailed reports, maintain a comprehensive training program, and coach security specialists to foster a cohesive and proactive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in security management or a related field
• Knowledge of security regulations and protocols
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in security systems and technology
• Customer service-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all security team members across three shifts
• Maintain a comprehensive training program for security personnel
• Monitor security and safety systems, conduct investigations, and file reports
• Assist with access control system management and loss prevention efforts
• Identify and address training needs for the team and individuals
• Develop and implement training programs, ensuring certification for all security team members
• Coach and counsel security specialists on job performance
• Uphold high security standards and respond to resident concerns promptly
• Monitor vendor and contractor activities for security compliance
