About This Role<\/b>
<\/p>

This position leads Protective Services operations within SecurTec's Physical Security division, overseeing multiple client contracts across the West Palm Beach area.

Position Summary<\/b>
<\/p>

The Security Manager is responsible for the day -to -day oversight of multiple security contracts in the West Palm Beach region. Each contracted site is staffed with a Site Supervisor who manages scheduling, training, and on -site operations. Those Site Supervisors will report directly to the Security Manager, who is accountable for the overall performance, client satisfaction, and operational standards across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Supervise and support Site Supervisors across multiple client locations in the West Palm Beach area
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure contract compliance, officer performance, and client satisfaction
    <\/li>
  • Hold Site Supervisors accountable for scheduling, post coverage, training, and personnel management at their respective sites
    <\/li>
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for client concerns and operational issues
    <\/li>
  • Partner with corporate leadership on hiring, retention, and disciplinary matters
    <\/li>
  • Ensure all officers maintain proper licensing, uniform standards, and adherence to post orders
    <\/li>
  • Investigate and document incidents, complaints, and policy violations
    <\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives at each site
    <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • <\/b>Valid Florida Class D Security License
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Valid Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License
      <\/li>
    • Prior security management experience required
      <\/li>
    • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
      <\/li>
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, daytime hours, with flexibility for occasional after -hours response
      <\/li>
