Will work under the direction of the Security Supervisor and will assist the Security Supervisor in the day-to-day Security operations and/or as needed. This is to include, but not limited to the following: Lead of the security guards, create and manage security work schedules, assist and complete paperwork as needed, inspects, monitors, controls, patrols work sites as needed, sit in on PEC [as needed], and assist the Security Supervisor with the Security Guard staff evaluations. This position relies on experience, knowledge, proper judgment, and attending to guidelines to complete job.
a. Create and manage teamwork schedules.
b. Review team member daily reports for accuracy and follow up as needed.
c. Checks equipment to ensure safety.
d. Understands the access control system.
