Job Description:
Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has new Security Officer openings on our Security Team. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our 5x Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 226-bed hospital.
In this role, you will contribute to the Hospital's mission to care, heal and to excel in service to our community by providing a safe environment for staff, patients, visitors and property.
This staff position will have an impact on employee and patient satisfaction by professionally providing security services in collaboration with all hospital departments to enhance the hospital environment and improve the patient experience.

Pay Range:
$20.00 - $24.87
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
