As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain an orderly environment. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional presence. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and control access to authorized areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Screen incoming deliveries and coordinate access for vendors and drivers while supporting orderly traffic flow at designated gates or receiving areas.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
