As an Access Control Security Professional at a retail distribution location, you will help manage access points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide courteous communication to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, document observations, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies at a retail distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and control access to authorized areas.
• Assist with vehicle and delivery traffic at gates or receiving areas by checking identification, documentation, and appointment information as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, the business, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
