Pay Rate: $23.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and property policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or designated access points to help manage authorized entry, verify credentials, and report unusual activity or concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help support security-related operations and identify maintenance, access, and/or policy issues.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports, document visitor and contractor access, and relay important updates during shift changes and/or to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
