As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Service in Wilson, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and respond to security-related concerns. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet technology as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Support protection of sensitive materials, equipment, and restricted areas by following established security-related protocols and reporting concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
