As a Security Officer Airport Screening in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor site access, screen people and/or materials, and support smooth daily operations. This driving post may include routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and delivering strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access control activities, and emergency response support at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or personal property in accordance with post orders and established security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or operational concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping-related documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, hazards, and/or conditions that could affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
