As a Security Officer Armed Incident Dispatch in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities from a dispatch post.
• Monitor communication channels, receive calls for service, and relay information to officers, supervisors, and/or site contacts in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing requests, and coordinating the appropriate security-related response.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and status updates to support daily operations and help with accurate reporting.
• Support regular and random patrol activity by tracking officer assignments, monitoring coverage around the location and perimeter, and communicating changes in working conditions or operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
