As a Security Officer Armed Residential Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at commercial real estate locations.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious behavior, property damage, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and maintain professional communication with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
