What You Will Be Doing
The Security Officer/Assistant Supervisor supports the Shift Supervisor in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment. This role is responsible for performing security duties, providing exceptional customer service, responding to incidents, and ensuring all shift responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policies and site requirements.

Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and security.
Strong customer service skills, including courtesy, patience, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Ability to work all assigned security posts and functions within the shift.
Proficient computer skills, including:
Accurate and efficient data entry.
Navigating software applications, internet, and intranet systems.
Creating, sending, and responding to emails.
Basic troubleshooting, including restarting or rebooting computers and printers.
General working knowledge of computer systems.
Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated professionalism, vigilance, diligence, dependability, and integrity.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing operational requirements.
