Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to identify and report unusual or suspicious activity.
- Conduct routine patrols/rounds using TourTrax or similar tracking systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage and document deliveries, visitor access, and incoming shipments per established protocols.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following all procedures.
- Maintain accurate and professional reports, including daily activity logs and incident reports.
- Assist residents, guests, and staff with questions or concerns while providing excellent customer service.
- Enforce safety and security policies with professionalism and respect.
- Collaborate with the team and take initiative to support operations and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Strong professionalism, maturity, and reliability.
- Comfortable using technology such as CCTV systems, computers, and digital reporting tools.
- Polished, well-groomed appearance in uniform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm, alert, and courteous in stressful situations.
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and perform regular patrols.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to high standards and consistent performance.
