Blueline Security Services is hiring professional and reliable Security Officers to provide patrol services at a retail shopping center.

Position Overview This position requires a strong visible presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and the public.

Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Type: Full-time position

Pay Rate

• $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot and mobile patrols throughout the shopping center.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, loitering, and disturbances.
• Provide customer service and assist shoppers and tenants.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and safety concerns.
• Respond to incidents and complete detailed, accurate reports.
• Enforce post orders and property rules.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Active Maryland Security Guard License required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior retail or shopping center security experience.
• Military experience is a plus.
