As a Security team member, you help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members by monitoring property, responding to incidents, and supporting risk management practices. What You'll Do: • Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas • Inspect doors, windows, gates, and access points • Respond to alarms, security calls, and on-site emergencies • Investigate and document incidents or suspicious activity • Complete daily Security Logs and incident reports • Monitor fire safety, hazards, and unsecured areas • Assist with emergency response procedures • Escort residents and team members after hours • Support OSHA and infection control compliance • Secure and unlock areas per policy You play a critical role in protecting residents, safeguarding property, and ensuring overnight and daily safety operations run smoothly. Pay Range:
15.00 - 18.80

The webpage must maintain up to date information and explain the background screening process through the clearinghouse, Level 2 screening requirements, fingerprinting procedures, and include a searchable job catalog, disqualifying offenses, exemption steps, and a downloadable checklist with timelines and details of the process.
