As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lancaster, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as College Campuses, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy College Campus. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at a government facility while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with established visitor-management and access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate emergency responders and site representatives as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
