What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor communication channels, receive calls and alarm notifications, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner during routine operations and critical situations.
• Document incidents, service requests, and activity logs, and communicate timely updates to supervisors, field personnel, and/or client contacts as needed.
• Monitor cameras, access activity, and other site systems to help identify unusual conditions, support coordinated response efforts, and follow post orders and local procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
