Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk support at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify identification and visitor credentials, issue badges as directed, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and help to support security-related reporting, logging, and administrative tasks connected to front desk operations.
• Observe activity at entry points and help to deter unauthorized access by following post orders, escalation procedures, and client-directed protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
