Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, badge verification practices, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to control access to restricted areas in accordance with site policies and client expectations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support screening processes for incoming personnel, guests, and/or deliveries, helping to identify unauthorized access attempts, policy violations, and other unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter as assigned, noting conditions that may require follow-up or additional security-related attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
