As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Plano, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels and documenting observations as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and security-related requirements.
• Support daily operations by maintaining detailed activity logs, preparing incident reports, and communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
